2. Scope of Services

Alive Flower provides creative, planning, styling, coordination, educational, and event-related services, which may include, without limitation:

  • Wedding planning and destination wedding services

  • Event design and styling

  • Floral and creative event concepts

  • Certification-related programs, consultations, or experiences

  • Private consultations and tailored service proposals

All services are subject to availability, written confirmation, and, where applicable, a separate custom proposal, agreement, invoice, or booking confirmation.

3. Website Content

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, branding, graphics, concepts, service descriptions, layouts, logos, and visual materials, is provided for general informational purposes only.

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or remove any content, service description, pricing information, or website functionality at any time without prior notice.

4. Inquiries and Contact Forms

Submitting a form through this website, including but not limited to a Wedding Inquiry, Certification Inquiry, or general contact form:

  • does not create a binding contract;

  • does not guarantee service availability;

  • does not confirm a booking;

  • is treated as an initial inquiry only.

A booking or engagement is confirmed only after:

  1. direct written confirmation from us, and

  2. where applicable, acceptance of a proposal or agreement, and/or

  3. payment of a deposit, fee, or invoice.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting any form.

5. Pricing and Payments

All pricing displayed, quoted, or communicated is subject to change unless confirmed in writing.

Where applicable:

  • payments may be requested through invoice, payment link, bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment methods;

  • services may require a deposit or advance payment to secure a date, consultation, program participation, or event booking;

  • any booking is only considered confirmed after payment is received and acknowledged in writing.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • prices are shown in EUR (€);

  • applicable taxes, fees, or charges may apply depending on the nature of the service and the client’s jurisdiction.

6. Deposits, Booking Confirmation, and Availability

For selected services, including event and wedding-related services, dates are not reserved until:

  • a written confirmation is issued, and/or

  • a deposit or booking payment is received.

Availability is always subject to prior commitments.

We reserve the right to decline an inquiry, postpone a consultation, or refuse a booking at our discretion, including where scheduling, location, scope, or compatibility do not align with our services.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Because many of our services involve date-based planning, creative preparation, consultation time, scheduling, and reserved availability:

  • deposits may be non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing;

  • payments already made for completed consultations, planning work, or delivered digital materials are generally non-refundable;

  • rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved in writing;

  • any specific cancellation, postponement, or refund terms may be set out in a separate proposal, invoice, service agreement, or booking confirmation.

If no separate written agreement exists, refund decisions remain at our reasonable discretion, taking into account work already performed and time already reserved.

8. Client Responsibilities

By using our services or submitting an inquiry, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information;

  • respond in a timely manner where required;

  • supply any necessary event details, preferences, dates, locations, and logistical information;

  • ensure that any information you provide does not infringe the rights of third parties;

  • use this website lawfully and respectfully.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of S.C. Floristiq Art S.R.L. and/or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • copy,

10. Third-Party Services and Payment Providers

11. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to deliver a high standard of service, creative direction, and client experience, we do not guarantee:

  • a particular commercial outcome,

  • a specific event result,

  • a specific aesthetic result where external factors apply,

  • or any guaranteed business, educational, or personal outcome from a consultation, certification, or event-related service.

Each service is bespoke and dependent on scope, client collaboration, venue, timing, availability, and external circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

S.C. Floristiq Art S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, or economic damages arising out of or related to:

  • use of this website,

  • inability to access the website,

  • form submissions,

  • delays in communication,

  • third-party platform issues,

  • payment processor interruptions,

  • scheduling conflicts,

  • force majeure events,

  • or reliance on website content.

Our total liability, where legally applicable, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delay, cancellation, non-performance, or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters,

  • extreme weather,

  • travel restrictions,

  • government measures,

  • venue closures,

  • illness,

  • technical outages,

  • platform failures,

  • transportation disruptions,

  • or similar unforeseen events.
